Hi! My name is Rave and I am committed to guiding humans to open their hearts and self-heal with the power of their breath. Breathwork has been an absolute game changer for me! By practicing breathwork, my heart opened and healed, anxiety lifted, and new insights and perspectives were discovered. Amazed by this personal shift, and feeling a sense of gratitude for my own personal healing, I knew I needed to share this.
